Size Guide

  • All rings are made to order and are made to your individual size.

  • I recommend you visit me at my studio or a local jeweller to measure your size.

  • Always measure when your hands are cold.

  • Wide Bands will be sized up one size.

  • Please contact me for for any other information

  • Most necklaces are available in 16 and 18 inch length.

  • Bangles are made in a standard size of 24cm round but can always be made bigger or smaller.

Care Guidelines

  • Always apply cosmetics, hairsprays and scents before you put on your jewellery

  • Remove before exercise, swimming in the sea or pool.

  • Store carefully and do not let chains get knotted.

  • To clean silver use a silver dip and then wash in warm water.

  • To clean gold plate just use warm water only.

  • Be extra careful with your gold plated jewellery, our plate is very thick and designed to last with care and love. If as years go on and your gold might have faded you can return us and for a charge have it re plated.

Shipping & Returns

What is your UK delivery charge?

Our basic delivery charge is £4.95 to the UK mainland. This amount is only charged once per order, regardless of how many items you order or how many parcels we despatch. All Insured and Special Delivery.

What is your overseas delivery charge?

Our basic charges are as below:

  • Eire £6.99

  • Europe £11.99

  • USA/Canada £18.99

  • Elsewhere £21.49

When and how will my order be delivered?

Delivery is fast, usually within 3-5 working days. Most items are sent by Royal Mail and require a signature on delivery. If you are not at home, the driver will leave a card asking you to call the depot to arrange another delivery. If you prefer, we can deliver to your work address or a neighbour.

Some items will be made to order these will tale longer to process but we will contact you  as soon as we receive your order to give you more details.

GUARANTEE AND RETURNS INFORMATION

What is your returns policy and guarantee?

We have a 100% money back guarantee. If your purchase does not come up to your expectations, please return it to us unused, in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable.

Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

How can I return an item?

Included in each parcel is a delivery note with returns instructions on the reverse. Use the accompanying pre-addressed self-adhesive label to return your package. We do recommend that you request a certificate of posting from the Post Office if you return goods.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or faulty, Lydia Wood-Power Jewellery will refund your return postage costs.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse but please allow 14 days for clearance to your card account.

How long will it take to deliver a replacement item?

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse. A replacement order will take approximately 7 days for delivery, but we will always try to do ASAP.  If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund.
